摘  要:针对华德9GQS-4.6型往复式宽幅割草机护刃器梁长宽比大、刚度差,且作业环境荷载复杂,疲劳损伤严重关键问题,对其载荷特性和疲劳寿命展开研究。首先对护刃器梁进行模态分析获得固有频率和振型;在有限元分析的基础上,确定护刃器梁疲劳损伤危险点,搭建测试系统采集割草机作业的时变数据并编制路面谱;利用功率密度与时频分析相结合的疲劳寿命分析方法计算护刃器梁疲劳寿命,得到危险点寿命为2671296 h,接近实际工作寿命。In this paper,the aspect ratio of the beam Ward 9GQS-4.6 type reciprocating wide mower blade protection is large,stiffness is poor,and complex operating environment loads,severe fatigue damage critical issues,its load and fatigue life properties of a study.This paper first performs a modal analysis on the blade guard beam to obtain the natural frequency and mode shape.Based on the finite element analysis,the fatigue damage danger point of the blade guard beam is determined,and a test system is set up to collect time-varying data of the lawnmower operation and compile it.Pavement spectrum.The fatigue life analysis method combining power density and time-frequency analysis was used to calculate the fatigue life of the blade guard beam.The life of the dangerous point was 2671296 h,which was close to the actual working life.
