摘　　要：介绍了副产蒸汽盐酸合成装置的工艺流程及运行情况。该盐酸合成装置采用自动点火、现场无人化操作系统的同时,利用余热回收技术副产蒸汽。其安全性、节能性和环保性得到明显改善。The technological process and operation of by-product steam hydrochloric acid synthesis unit are introduced.The hydrochloric acid synthesis device adopts automatic ignition,unmanned operation on site,and by-product steam of waste heat recovery technology.Its safety,energy conservation and environmental protection have been significantly improved.
