组合式除雾器在一氯甲烷生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：基于生产实际情况,分析了各种类型除雾器的特点,提出了采用组合式除雾器来降低反应器出口雾沫夹带量,以此降低催化剂流失的方案,在生产过程中进行了实践。实际应用情况表明,组合式除雾器可以大幅度的降低雾沫夹带量,降低催化剂的消耗,可以为其他相似工况提供实际的借鉴。Based on the actual production situation,this paper analyzes characteristics of each type of mist eliminator,put forward the combined mist eliminator is adopted to reduce the reactor export volume smuggled with entrainment,reducing loss of catalyst,at the same time,in the process of production for the practical application.Practical application showed that the combined type demister can greatly reduce the entrainment quantity,reducing the consumption of catalyst,can provide practical reference for other similar conditions.
