冯兴华从肝论治风湿病相关口腔疾病的临床经验

摘　　要：结合颞下颌关节紊乱综合征、口腔扁平苔藓、灼口综合征、复发性口腔溃疡4则验案,介绍冯兴华教授治疗风湿病相关口腔疾病的临床经验。认为对于此类疾病,应根据西医的多学科思想及中医的整体治疗观念,从肝论治,常用方剂有柴胡疏肝散、逍遥散等。Combined with four cases of the usual oral diseases,such as temporomandibular joint disorder,oral lichen planus,burning mouth syndrome,recurrent oral ulcer,this paper introduced Feng Xinghua’s clinical experience in the treatment of rheumatic-related oral diseases.Professor Feng believed that the treatment of these oral diseases should be based on the multi-disciplinary thinking of western medicine and the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and treated with the liver differentiation.Common prescriptions included Chaihu Shugan powder and Xiaoyao powder,etc.
