摘　　要：介绍孙世道教授治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的临床经验。认为皮炎湿疹类皮肤病辨证属于热盛阳浮、气阴耗伤,治疗应辨别热邪种类,阳浮程度,以及是否有气阴耗伤之象,予清热重潜止痒、益气养阴固本;特色方药有三黄理湿汤、芩珠凉血方、养阴益气方和四重汤。并举验案1则。To introduce Professor Sun Shidao’s clinical experience in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.It is considered that the pathogenesis of the diseases is yang floating due to exuberant heat and impairment of qi and yin according to the syndrome differentiation of dermatitis and eczema.In the treatment of the diseases,it should be distinguished about the type of heat pathogenic factors,the degree of yang floating,and the symptoms of impairment of qi and yin.The treatment method is clearing away heat and suppressing yang to relieve itching and replenishing qi and nourishing yin to consolidate vital base.The characteristic prescriptions include Sanhuang Lishi decoction,Qinzhu Liangxue recipe,Yangyin Yiqi recipe and Sizhong decoction.And one proven case is presented.
