基于自噬调节评价中药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的研究进展

摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是以少饮酒或不饮酒患者肝脏脂肪积累过多为特征的疾病。自噬是一种进化保守的细胞内降解功能,对肝内稳态有重要意义,并可在一定程度上延缓NAFLD的发生发展。本文基于自噬调节,从中药复方、中药粗提取物、中药有效成分三方面综述其治疗NAFLD的作用机制,发现中药可以通过调节肝细胞自噬,抑制肝脏脂肪变性及NAFLD病情的发生发展,认为中药诱导肝细胞自噬可能是NAFLD的一种新的治疗策略。最后,指出当前研究的局限性和中医药学现代化面临的挑战,希望为未来NAFLD的创新药物研究和治疗药物开发提供信息。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a disease characterized by excessive accumulation of liver fat in patients with less or no alcohol consumption.Autophagy is an evolutionary conserved intracellular degradation function,which is of great significance to hepatic homeostasis and can delay the occurrence and development of NAFLD to a certain extent.Based on autophagy regulation,the mechanism of action in the treatment of NAFLD was reviewed from three aspects:traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound formulas,TCM crude extracts and TCM active components.It was found that TCM can inhibit the occurrence and development of liver steatosis and NAFLD by regulating autophagy of hepatocytes.It was also believed that TCM induced autophagy of hepatocytes may be a new therapeutic strategy for NAFLD.In the conclusion part,the limitations of the current research and the challenges faced by TCM modernization were pointed out for the purpose of providing information for the future innovative drug research and treatment development of NAFLD.
