摘  要:综述锌离子-锌离子转运蛋白8-金属调节转录因子1(Zinc-ZIP8-MTF1)信号通路调控骨性关节炎发生发展及中医药作用机制的研究进展。Zn^2+稳态、锌转运蛋白以及锌离子依赖性转录因子与软骨损伤密切相关,Zinc-ZIP8-MTF1信号通路可调控骨性关节炎的发生、发展。目前中医药领域的相关研究局限于对Zn^2+水平的调控,未涉及对ZIP8和MTF1的影响,因此研究中医药对Zinc-ZIP8-MTF1信号通路的影响对治疗骨性关节炎有重要意义。The progress was reviewed on Zinc-ZIP8-MTF1 signal pathway in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.There was an association of zinc(Zn^2+)homeostasis,Zn^2+transporters,and Zn^2+-dependent transcription factors with cartilage injury.Futhermore,the Zinc-ZIP8-MTF1 signal pathway could regulate the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.Until now,the research of traditional Chinese medicine in this field is limited to the regulation of Zn^2+level,and is unknown about the influence on ZIP8 and MTF1.Therefore,it has important role in the treatment for OA to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on zinc-zip8-mtf1 signal pathway.
