摘　　要：人质谈判人员,基于社会公众的角色期待和自身责任感的驱使,同时也是基于所具备的特殊专业能力和进一步拓展专业素质的需要,承担起了对欲图自杀者进行现场干预的职责。有关自杀现象和自杀规律的种种知识与数据表明,自杀干预是可行的,警方自杀干预的实践也是富有成效的。自杀干预,首先必须根据当事人表现出的自杀征兆对其行为取向作出正确判断,然后遵循科学的干预原则,通过规范的干预流程,运用适宜的干预技巧,有序推进,实现目标。Hostage negotiators,based upon the role expectations of the general public and driven by their own sense of responsibility,and also based on their special professional abilities and the need to further develop their professional competence,bear the responsibility of on-site intervention for the attempted suicide.Various knowledge and data on the phenomenon of suicide and suicide patterns indicate that suicide intervention is feasible,and the practice of police suicide intervention is also effective.Suicide intervention must first make an accurate judgment on the orientation of the suicide’s behaviors according to the suicidal signs exhibited by the suicide,and then follow the scientific intervention principles and standardized intervention process and employ appropriate intervention skills to proceed orderly and achieve the goal.
