摘　　要：校企协同育人是培养创新性应用型人才的新型模式,它能解决企业用人需求问题又能解决高职院校人才培养的就业质量问题.在产教融合的背景下高职校企协同育人的模式不断地积极推进,实现校企优势互补和资源共享,提高人才培养质量.笔者依托“创新工作室”平台,对当前校企协同育人的现状进行分析,明确构建校企协同育人平台的意义和思路,结合学院校企合作情况,运用SSM框架和大数据技术,实现校企协同育人平台的设计与实现.School-enterprise collaborative education is a new model for cultivating innovative and ap-plied talents.It can solve the problem of corporate employment needs and the quality of employment in voca-tional colleges.In the context of the integration of production and education,the mode of harmonious educa-tion of higher vocational schools and enterprises has been actively promoted to realize the complementary ad-vantages of school and enterprise and the sharing of resources,and to improve the quality of talent training.Based on the"Innovation Studio"platform,this article analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise collaborative education,clearly defines the meaning and ideas of building a school-enterprise collaborative education platform,combines the school-enterprise cooperation with the college,and uses the SSM frame-work and big data technology to achieve Design and implementation of school-enterprise collaborative edu-cation platform.
