基于一种改进评价方法的西部地区经济协调发展特征研析

摘　　要：该文提出了一种改进的区域经济协调发展状况评价方法,选择Moran'sI指数(同时对Moran'sI指数进行显著性检验)、区域经济增长水平变异系数、区域经济增长率变异系数来测度区域经济联系、区域经济差异和区域经济增长三个方面情况.运用该方法对1998-2017年西部地区区域经济协调发展状况进行分析和评价.研究结果表明:1998-2017年西部地区经济协调发展水平有下降的趋势,并没有达到协调发展预期,特别是2004-2017年的协调发展水平一直徘徊在较低水平.最后给出相关对策建议.The article puts forward an improved evaluation method for the coordination development of regional economy to analyses the corresponding features from 1998 to 2017 in Western China.The method studies the coordinated development from the relations,differences and growth of the regional economy.It chooses the Moran's I(meanwhile,the significance testing of Moran's I is proceeded),the variation coeffi-cient of regional economic growth level and the variation coefficient of regional economic growth rate to measure respectively the three conditions.The results show that the coordination development level of re-gional economy in Western China has a downward trend in 1998-2017,especially has been hovering at a lower level in 2004-2017.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given to realize the coordinated de-velopment.
