摘 要:以无骨雨刮簧片的成型过程为研究对象,基于三辊辊弯和四辊辊弯的理论分析及对比研究,考虑无骨雨刮簧片的弹塑性本构关系、几何大变形特征及簧片与成型辊之间的摩擦接触关系,通过有限元非线性静力隐式算法对无骨雨刮簧片成型过程进行仿真分析。结果表明四辊辊弯的加工方式,减小了成型后簧片的残余应力58.1%及残余应变39.7%,进而提高簧片尺寸稳定性以及使用寿命。Taking the forming process of boneless wiper reed as the research object,based on the theoretical analysis and comparative study of three-roll and four-roll rolling process,considering the material elastic-plastic constitutive relation of wiper reed,the geometrical large-deformation and the frictional contact between the wiper reed and the forming rollers,the nonlinear finite element method using static implicit algorithm is applied to simulate the forming process of wiper reed.Analysis results show that the processing method of four-roll reduces residual stress and residual strain of the reed by 58.1%and 39.7%after forming,thus improving the dimensional stability and service life of the reed.
