摘　　要：LPG低温罐区丙烷蒸发气(BOG)回收再液化系统是整个液化石油气冷冻库的核心,系统中的丙烷制冷压缩机是整个厂区的关键设备。针对YORK丙烷压缩机的QUANTUM控制系统是美国约克公司自主研发且不对外公开的,系统及配件都是独家提供的,具有技术垄断和产品垄断的特点。提出采用西门子S7-200 SMART控制器改造丙烷压缩机控制系统,实现丙烷压缩机的智能控制,对提高生产管理具有重大意义。The recovery and liquefaction system of propane evaporation gas(bog)in LPG low temperature tank farm is the core of the whole liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)freezer,and the propane refrigeration compressor in the system is the key equipment of the whole plant.The quantum control system for York Propane Compressor is independently developed by York company and is not open to the public.The system and accessories are provided exclusively,with the characteristics of technology monopoly and product monopoly.In this paper,Siemens S7-200 SMART controller is used to transform the propane compressor control system to realize the fine control of Propane Compressor,which is of great significance to improve production management.
