新冠肺炎疫情下中欧班列功能拓展路径探析

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情期间,中欧班列发展实现逆势增长,在支援全球抗疫合作过程中扮演了重要角色。从拓展跨国物流供应链功能、拓展全球公共卫生保障功能角度对中欧班列功能拓展进行分析,针对疫情期间中欧班列承运医疗物品经验、各国防疫政策变化、疫情数字化建设、中欧班列品牌形象等方面存在问题,提出中欧班列功能拓展路径,即:加速推动“安智贸”普及,推进铁路物资供应链可视化,加强中欧班列品牌宣传力度,扩大与国际组织合作范围等,加快促进中欧班列功能拓展。During the period of COVID-19 epidemic,the development of CHINA RAILWAY Express achieved a counter-trend growth and played an essential role in assisting the global antiepidemic cooperation.Based on the analysis of function expansion of CHINA RAILWAY Express from the aspects of international logistics chain function and global public health security function,many problems of CHINA RAILWAY Express during the epidemic period are highlighted,such as the experience of carrying medical supplies,the changes of epidemic prevention policies in various countries,digital construction and brand image and so on.Therefore,this paper puts forward the functional development path of CHINA RAILWAY Express,which includes accelerating the popularization of Secure and Smart Trade Line Pilot Program,promoting the visualization of railway material supply chain,strengthening its brand publicity,and expanding the scope of cooperation with international organizations to accelerate the function expansion of CHINA RAILWAY Express during the period of COVID-19 epidemic and help its future development.
