贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高血压合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月在本院住院治疗的高血压合并心力衰竭患者104例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各52例。两组均在常规对症治疗的基础上,对照组给予贝那普利,观察组给予贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗,观察治疗后各组患者的心率、血压、左心室舒张和收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数及其总有效率。结果观察组的总有效率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心率、血压及心脏功能的改善程度显著优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组心率、血压及心脏功能的改善程度与对照组比较,亦均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合美托洛尔可有效降低患者的心率、血压及左心室舒张和收缩末期内径,并可有效提升左心室射血分数,对高血压合并心力衰竭的治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension with heart failure.Methods 104 patients with hypertension and heart failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 52 cases in each.On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,benazepril was given to the control group and benazepril and metoprolol were given to the observation group.After treatment,heart rate,blood pressure,left ventricular end diastolic and systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and total effective rate of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,blood pressure and heart function of the two groups after treatment was significantly improvedcompared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of heart rate,blood pressure and heart function of the observation group after treatment was also significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Benazepril combined with metoprolol could effectively reduce heart rate,blood pressure and left ventricular end diastolic and systolic diameter,and could effectively improve left ventricular ejection fraction,which has a significant therapeutic effect on hypertension combined with heart failure.
