全面护理在行人工肝血浆置换术的重症肝炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨行人工肝血浆置换术的重症肝炎患者进行综合护理的作用。方法选择2015年5月—2018年6月本院收治的重症肝炎患者75例作为研究对象,均在本院行人工肝血浆置换术治疗。通过电脑完全随机分组法分为常规组(n=37)与研究组(n=38)两组。常规组治疗期间行常规护理,研究组在常规化护理基础上行综合护理。结果护理后研究组总胆固醇[(3.7±0.4)mmol/L VS(3.2±0.5)mmol/L]、胆碱酯酶[(3.6±0.5)ku/L VS(2.9±0.6)ku/L]、血糖[(3.4±0.3)mmol/L VS(3.0±0.2)mmol/L]、前白蛋白[(0.3±0.2)g/L VS(0.2±0.1)g/L]显著高于常规组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组术后并发症发生率分别为2.63%与21.62%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论重症肝炎患者行人工肝血浆置换术过程中予以综合护理配合,能够进一步改善患者病情,保证其治疗安全。值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with severe hepatitis who underwent artificial liver plasma exchange.Methods 75 patients with severe hepatitis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study,all of whom were treated by the artificial liver plasma exchange in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:normal group(n=37)and study group(n=38).During the treatment,the routine nursing was performed in the routine group,and the comprehensive nursing was performed in the study group on the basis of routine nursing.Results After the nursing,the concentration of TC(3.7±0.4 mmol/L VS 3.2±0.5 mmol/L),Ch E(3.6±0.5 ku/L VS 2.9±0.6 ku/L),Glu(3.4±0.3 mmol/L VS 3.0±0.2 mmol/L),PA(0.3±0.2 g/L VS 0.2±0.1 g/L)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group and the control group was 2.63%and 21.62%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing during process of artificial liver plasma exchange for patients with severe hepatitis could further improve the condition of patients and guaranteethe treatment safety.It is worthy of clinical reference.
