摘　　要：梅钢2座转炉煤气柜分别对应一炼钢与二炼钢,独立运行。为了充分利用煤气柜的回收能力,通过分析现有工艺条件、仪表与自动化系统配置,利用WINCC编制脚本语句进行数据中转,创造了一种PLC间的数据通讯方式,在此基础上完善控制逻辑,实现煤气柜由独立转为并联运行的一键切换。The two converter gasholders of Meishan Steel are respectively corresponding to the No.1 and No.2 steelmaking plants and operate independently.In order to make full use of the recovery capacity of the gasholders,by analyzing the existing process conditions,instrument and automation system configuration,and using WinCC to program script state⁃ments for data transfer,a data communication mode between PLCs is created.On this ba⁃sis,the control logic is improved,and the one key switch of gasholders from independent operation to parallel operation is realized.
