摘  要:以四季秋海棠一年生盆栽幼苗为试材,采用人工模拟盐胁迫的方法,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对其生长和生理指标的影响,以期探讨四季秋海棠苗期对NaCl胁迫的生理适应特性,明确其对盐胁迫的耐受阈值。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,叶片相对电导率逐渐增加,株高生长量下降、鲜质量和干质量减少,四季秋海棠幼苗的生长明显受抑。NaCl胁迫处理下,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐降低而游离脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,且二者之间均呈显著负相关;过氧化物酶(POD)活性和可溶性糖含量则呈现先升高后下降的趋势。游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖在整个渗透调节过程中发挥主导作用;以干质量下降50%为标准,求得四季秋海棠幼苗对NaCl的耐受阈值为242.67 mmol·L-1。In order to investigate the physiological adaptation of Begonia semperflorens Link et Otto seedlings to NaCl stress,and determine its tolerance threshold,the effects of NaCl stress with different concentrations on the growth and physiological indexes were studied with one-year-old potted seedlings of Begonia semperflorens.The results showed that with the increasing of NaCl concentration,the relative conductivity of leaves increased gradually,plant height growth decreased,and fresh weight and dry weight of whole-plant decreased.The seedling growth was obviously inhibited.With the increasing of NaCl concentration,the content of MDA increased and activity of SOD decreased.The content of soluble protein decreased and free proline increased,and there were a significant negative correlation between them.The activity of POD and the content of soluble sugar increased first and then decreased.In the whole process of osmotic regulation,free proline and soluble sugar played an important role of osmotic adjustment.The salt tolerance threshold of Begonia semperflorens seedlings was 242.67 mmol·L-1,when taking 50% drop in whole-plant dry weight as standard.
