摘　　要：在退耕还林的大背景下,各地依靠种植核桃来实施生态建设与农民增收两手抓战略,但因盲目追求规模,忽视经济效益,使核桃产业产能过剩、大而不强。通过调研发现制约核桃发展主要瓶颈为三产融合程度低、创新驱动不足、品种混杂、重栽轻管、抗灾能力弱、深加工落后、农村电商发展滞后、品牌打造欠缺等诸多问题。提出运用互联网思维,靶向施策,控制种植规模,加强综合管护,建立冻害联控机制,扩大农业保险覆盖面,通过芽接改良品种,培养技术人才,打造"三品一标"品牌,开发跨界新产品、建立"O2O""F2F"、直播带货等新营销模式,并通过"品牌+供应链"来实现核桃产业转型升级。Under the background of returning farmland to forest,all localities relied on planting walnut to carry out the strategy of ecological construction and increasing farmers′ incame,but because of blindly pursuing scale and neglecting economic benefits,the walnut industry was overcapacity,large and not strong.Through investigation and research,it was found that the main bottleneck of walnut development was low integration of three industries,insufficient innovation drive,mixed varieties,heavy planting of light pipe,weak disaster resistance,backward deep processing,lagging development of rural e-commerce,lack of brand building and so on.By using internet thinking,targeting strategies,controlling planting scale,strengthening comprehensive management and protection,establishing joint disaster control mechanism,expanding the coverage of agricultural insurance,improving varieties through bud grafting,cultivated technical talents,created‘three products and one standard’brand,developed new marketing models such as cross-border blending and new products,established ‘O2 O’,‘F2 F’,with goods,etc.,and realized the transformation and upgrading of walnut industry through‘brand supply chain’.
