摘　　要：分析了当前江苏地区科技查新站地域分布的现状,探讨了在盐城周边地区开展科技查新区域协同创新服务的必要性,基于资源配置和协同创新服务理论基础,从查新主体联合、基础保障、多方位协同等方面,阐述了盐城周边科技查新区域协同创新服务联合体的构建思路及运行实践。This paper analyzes the current situation of regional distribution of sci-tech novelty retrieval stations in Ji⁃angsu Province,probes into the necessity of carrying out regional collaborative innovation services of sci-tech novelty re⁃trieval in the surrounding areas of Yancheng City,and based on the theoretical basis of resource allocation and collabora⁃tive innovation service,expounds the construction ideas and operation practices of regional collaborative innovation service consortium for sci-tech novelty retrieval in the surrounding areas of Yancheng City from the aspects of the combination of novelty retrieval subjects,basic guarantee,and multi-directional collaboration.
