摘  要:采用种子乳液聚合方法制备了以聚丙烯酸正丁酯及苯乙烯为核、以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壳的核-壳结构抗冲改性剂,考察抗冲改性剂与PMMA共混物的相容性及其对PMMA的增韧效果的影响。结果表明,抗冲改性剂与PMMA相容性良好,对PMMA有良好的增韧效果,冲击强度最高可达80 kJ/m^2,且PMMA的透光率基本保持在91%以上。Core-shell impact modifier of poly(butylacylate and styrene)as core,poly(methyl methacrylate)as shell were synthesized through seeded emulsion polymerization.The compatibilities of impact modifier and PMMA blends and the effect on the toughening of PMMA were investigated.The results show that the impact modifier and PMMA blends have good miscibility,and the impact modifier has a good toughening effect on PMMA,and the maximum impact strength can exceed 80 kJ/m^2,and the transmittance of PMMA can be guaranteed to be above 91%.
