摘 要:以环烷酸镍(Ni(naph)2)-三异丁基铝(Al(i-Bu)3)-三氟化硼乙醚络合物(BF 3·OEt 2)(Ni-Al-B)三组分组成的镍系催化剂催化丁二烯(Bd)配位聚合,在反应初期加入含不饱和双键的低相对分子质量聚合物,研究催化剂组分对此顺丁橡胶的支化度和相对分子质量的变化规律及由此带来的溶液黏度的变化。结果表明,聚合产物的相对分子质量分布随着n(Al)/n(Ni)的增大而变宽,胶液黏度随着n(Al)/n(B)的增大逐渐上升,但是n(Ni)/n(Bd)对胶液的黏度影响不大。在n(Al)/n(Ni)为6、n(Al)/n(B)为0.6、n(Ni)/n(Bd)为3×10^-5时,丁二烯聚合支化程度最高。In this paper,with the Ni-based catalytic system consisting of nickel naphthenate(Ni),triisobutyl aluminum(Al)and boron trifluoride(B),the branching cis-1,4-PB was fabricated through the introduction of low molecular weight polymers containing unsaturated double-bond structural units.The effects of catalyst component on the branching degree and molecular weight of the resulting cis-1,4-PB,as well as the solution viscosity of the polymerization system were detailedly investigated.The results showed that the molecular weight distribution of the polymer broadened with the increase of Al/Ni ratio,and the viscosity of the colloidal solution increased with the increase of Al/B ratio,but the Ni/Bd ratio had little effect on the viscosity of the colloidal solution.When the molar ratio of Al/Ni was 6,Al/B was 0.6 and Ni/Bd was 3×10^-5,the degree of polymer branching of butadiene was the highest.
