摘  要:以硫化镉量子点为催化剂,在光照条件下以二氟溴乙酸乙酯为二氟烷基化试剂,高效地实现肉桂酸脱羧二氟烷基化反应,共合成了18个含有烯丙基二氟模块的化合物(3a^3r),收率53%~80%,其结构经1 H NMR,13 C NMR和19 F NMR确证。该反应条件温和,底物适用范围广,官能团耐受性好。自由基抑制实验结果表明:反应经过自由基途径。Visible-light-induced direct decarboxylative difluoroalkylation of cinnamic acids has been efficiently realized with fluoroalkyl halides as coupling partners and CdS QDs as the photosensitizer.The reaction was carried out to form the difluoromethylated products in 53%~80%yields.The molecular structures were confirmed by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR and 19 F NMR.The synthetic methodolgy features mild conditions,broad substrate scopes,and good functional group tolerances.The mechanistic studies revealed that a radical pathway was involved in the catalytic cycle.
