利益主体视角下工商资本下乡合作模式选择

摘　　要：工商资本是乡村振兴的重要资金来源,适宜的合作模式是推进工商资本下乡可持续的关键。论文基于利益主体视角,分析了工商资本下乡过程中各核心利益相关者合作的动因,重点探讨了工商资本主导、“工商资本+中介组织+农户”“工商资本+地方政府+村集体+农户”三种合作模式的利益实现机制,并结合江苏地区的成功典型案例对三种合作模式进行了比较研究。据此论文提出各合作模式的适用条件,为工商资本下乡涉及的各核心利益主体提供建立合作机制的借鉴。The business capital is an important force for rural revitalization,and the appropriate cooperation model is an important focus for promoting the sustainability of business capital flowing to the countryside.Based on the perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyzes the motivations for the establishment of cooperative relations between the core stakeholders of business capital to the countryside,discusses the profit realization mechanism of the three cooperation models:business capital leading,"business capital+intermediary organization+farmers","business capital+local government+village collective+farmers",and then compares these three typical cases based on Jiangsu’s successful case.Lastly,this paper puts forward the applicable conditions of each cooperation model in the hope of providing reference for establishing cooperation mechanism for each core stakeholder involved.
