改性纳米白炭黑增韧ENR/PLA TPV的初步研究

摘  要:本文主要研究改性纳米白炭黑对聚乳酸(PLA)/环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)热塑性硫化胶(TPV)的增韧效果。首先选用硅烷偶联剂K H550对白炭黑进行改性,研究不同含量的改性白炭黑对ENR力学性能影响,结果表明,随着KH550用量的增加,ENR硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度不断提高至趋于稳定;当使用5份改性白炭黑时,与空白样相比,硫化胶的拉伸强度提高24%以及撕裂强度提高35%,改性效率达到最大;进一步将混炼胶与PLA熔融共混后进行动态硫化,发现纳米白炭黑改性后,TPV的拉伸强度略微提高,冲击强度提高43%,实现了刚韧均衡的PLA/ENR TPV的设计和制备,并通过SEM形貌分析对改性纳米粒子增韧TPV机理进行了初步探索。Inorder to study the toughening effect of modified nanosilica onpolylactic acid(PLA)/epoxidized natural rubber(ENR)thermoplasticvulcanizate(TPV).Firstly,the silane coupling agent KH550 was used tomodify the nano-silica,the effect on the mechanical properties of vulcanizatewith various modified nano-silica content was studied,the results indicatethat with the increasing amount of KH550,the tensile strength and tearstrength of ENR vulcanizate continue to rise to stabilize;when using 5phrmodified nano-silica,compared with the blank sample,the tensile strengthand tear strength of the vulcanizate are increased by 24%and 35%to themaximum,respectively.Then the compound was melt-blended with PLA fordynamic vulcanization.After the modification of nano-silica,it was found thatthe tensile strength of TPV was slightly enhanced and the impact strengthwas increased by 43%.The design and preparation of PLA/ENR TPV withbalanced stiffness-toughness were realized,we conducted a preliminarydiscussion on the mechanism of toughened TPV by modified nanoparticlesthrough SEM morphology analysis.
