摘  要:目前中国焦化工业生产的粗苯仍然是苯类产品的重要来源,一般情况下粗苯产率为炼焦煤的0.9%~1.1%,但是多数企业焦炉煤气中的粗苯回收率未达到最低标准或最优生产水平。通过不断完善生产缺陷,改善生产管理、优吸收焦炉煤气中吸收剂、更新生产设备如改造节能管式炉、增加换热器等各个环节采取措施,最终提高了焦炉煤气粗苯回收率,降低蒸汽消耗、煤气消耗、洗油消耗,提高了企业利润。同时减少废水废气排放,起到了保护环境解决能源问题的作用。At present,the crude benzene produced in China’s coking industry is still an important source of benzene products.In general,the yield of crude benzene is 0.9%~1.1%of coking coal,but the recovery rate of crude benzene in coke oven gas in most enterprises has not reached the minimum standard or optimal production level.By continuously perfecting production defects,improving production management,optimally absorbing absorbent in coke oven gas,updating production equipment,such as reforming energy-saving tubular furnace and adding heat exchangers,the recovery rate of crude benzene in coke oven gas is finally improved,the consumption of steam,gas and washing oil is reduced,and the profits of enterprises are increased.At the same time,it reduces the discharge of waste water and waste gas,and also plays a role in protecting the environment and solving energy problems.
