摘　　要：针对精馏系统不凝气对环境污染的情况,现在精馏排放槽东侧增加一台洗涤塔、一台洗涤泵,采用脱盐水循环洗涤方式洗涤尾气中甲醇,洗涤后甲醇达到一定浓度后排入精馏地下槽,通过地下槽泵打到罐区粗甲醇槽进行回收利用。同时对排放管的高度进行加长,引至高处安全点排放。In view of the environmental pollution caused by the non condensable gas in the rectification system,now a washing tower and a washing pump are added to the east of the rectification discharge tank to wash the methanol in the tail gas in the way of desalted water circulation washing.After washing,the methanol reaches a certain concentration and then is discharged into the rectification underground tank,which is pumped to the crude methanol tank in the tank farm for recycling.At the same time,the height of the discharge pipe is added long,lead to high safety point for discharge.
