摘 要:氮气填充浮顶一二次密封空间是一种有效的浮顶罐安全防护措施,由于密封圈不严等因素发生逸出泄漏,对浮顶罐上操作人员的人身安全造成威胁是氮气充装浮顶罐亟待解决的关键问题。利用Fluent软件,建立一二次密封环形空间截面数值模型,设定进出口边界条件为压力边界,初始条件为氮气充满环形密封空间,计算空间内氮气浓度随时间的变化规律,对比不同浮顶移动速度氮气逸出速率,发现浮顶移动对氮气逸出速率影响不大。建立三维数值模型,设定氮气充入流量,追踪排气口垂直方向氮气浓度,发现环形空间下方氮气浓度较大,大约4.2h后,氮气完全填充一二次密封空间。Nitrogen filling the sealed space of the floating roof once or twice is an effective safety measure for the floating roof tank,escape leakage due to factors such as inadequate sealing ring,threatening the personal safety of the operators on the floating roof tank is a key issue urgently to be solved in the nitrogen-filled floating roof tank.Using Fluent software,establish a numerical model of the first and second sealed annular space cross section,set the inlet and outlet boundary conditions as the pressure boundary,the initial condition is nitrogen fill the annular sealed space,calculate the change of the nitrogen concentration in the space with time,compare the movement of different floating roof Velocity of nitrogen escape rate,it was found that the movement of the floating roof had little effect on the nitrogen escape rate.Establish a three-dimensional numerical model,set the nitrogen charge flow rate,track the nitrogen concentration in the vertical direction of the exhaust port,and find that the nitrogen concentration under the annular space is relatively large.After about 4.2h,nitrogen completely fills the sealed space once or twice.
