车险续保率影响因素分析及对策研究——基于岭回归和因子分析的实证研究

摘  要:该文以某保险公司车险样本数据为分析对象,包含驾驶人、汽车、保险业务三方面的客户相关指标,运用岭回归建立续保率影响因素独立模型,讨论各独立因子对续保率的影响程度。运用因子分析法建立续保率影响因素组合模型,讨论组合因子对续保率的影响程度。结果表明:在独立模型中,保单性质是首要影响因素,是否本省车牌是次要影响因素,而其他因素对续保率的影响程度较小;在组合模型中,车辆的使用方式和使用年限对续保率影响较大。最后,结合两种模型的共性结果,有针对性地提出提高保险公司车险续保率的对策和建议。Taking the sample data of an insurance company′s car insurance as the object of analysis,including the client-related indicators regarding the three aspects of driver,car and insurance business,using ridge regression to establish an independent model of the influencing factors of the renewal rates,this paper discusses the impact of each independent factor on insurance renewal rate.Using factor analysis method to establish the combination model of factors influencing the renewal rate,this paper discusses the influence of combination factors on the renewal rate.The results show that,in an independent model,the nature of the policy is the primary influencing factor,whether the license plates belong to the same province is the secondary influencing factor,and other factors have less impact on the renewal rate.The results also show that,in a combination model,the usages of automobiles and their service life have a greater impact on the renewal rate.Finally,combining with the common results of the two models,this paper puts forward accordingly some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the insurance company's automobile insurance renewal rate.
