颈部深度烧伤后植皮与否对康复治疗的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨颈部深度烧伤后植皮与否对患者综合康复治疗的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2019年4月解放军陆军第79集团军医院收治的50例颈部深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。其中观察组采取综合康复治疗,对照组采取单一手术治疗。对比两组患者颈部功能恢复效果及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的躯体功能、心理能力、社会能力及总活力分值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈部深度烧伤创面早期行手术植皮治疗可减轻瘢痕形成,且早期进行综合康复治疗也可有效地预防颈部深度烧伤的瘢痕增生与挛缩,改善患者颈部功能及外观,避免了多次手术,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the comprehensive rehabilitation and treatment of patients with skin graft and non-plant skin after deep burn in the neck.Methods Totally 50 patients with deep neck burns were enrolled in the department from April 2016 to April 2019.25 patients with neck burns were treated with cervical care,medication and pressure therapy.Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment(combination group)such as manual therapy,25 cases of single treatment(single group),evaluation and analysis of cervical function recovery and quality of life.Results The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group(72.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In addition,the scores of physical function,psychological ability,social ability and total vitality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Early surgical skin grafting of deep burn wounds in the neck can reduce scar formation,and early comprehensive rehabilitation can effectively prevent scar hyperplasia and contracture of deep burns in the neck,improve neck function and appearance,avoid multiple operations,and improve quality of life.
