中西医结合治疗老年缺血性心脏病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年缺血性心脏病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月雅安市名山区中医医院收治的78例老年缺血性心脏病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、TG、TC和LDL-C水平,以及不良反应发生情况、中医证候积分和生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组血浆hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、TG、TC和LDL-C水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发生频率、心绞痛持续时间、中医证候积分和生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率10.26%低于对照组23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的治疗方法能发挥协同增效的作用,提高临床疗效,有效缓解老年缺血性心脏病患者临床症状,改善心功能,提升生活质量,治疗方法简单,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of senile ischemic heart disease.Methods Totally 78 elderly patients with ischemic heart disease admitted to Mingshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Ya'an City from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and randomLy divided into a control group and an observation group,39 cases each.The control group was given simple Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The levels of hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,TG,TC,and LDL-C were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the occurrence of symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life.Results After treatment,the plasma levels of hs-CRP,NT-proBNP,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the frequency of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group,TCM syndrome score and quality of lifescore were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 10.26%was lower than the control group 23.08%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment can play a synergistic effect,improve clinical efficacy,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with ischemic heart disease,improve heart function,improve the quality of life,simple treatment,high safety.
