摘 要:试验旨在研究植物乳杆菌299v(Lp299v)对奶牛营养物质消化、泌乳性能、血液指标和粪便细菌群落影响,采用重复3×3拉丁方设计,选取6头健康荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为对照组,低剂量组(添加量为0.5×10^11 cfu·头^-1·d^-1 Lp299v)和高剂量组(添加量为1×10^11 cfu·头^-1·d^-1 Lp299v)。结果表明,添加Lp299v可显著提高奶牛CP和NDF采食量及表观消化率,显著提高奶牛乳蛋白、乳糖产量和乳蛋白率,奶牛血浆葡糖糖、GSH-Px、IgA、IgG和sCD4浓度显著升高,MDA浓度显著降低;添加Lp299v后奶牛粪便细菌拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和普雷沃氏菌科UCG-003(Prevotellaceae_UCG-003)相对丰度显著升高,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、普雷沃菌属_1(Prevotella_1)和罗姆布茨菌属(Romboutsia)相对丰度显著降低。综上,添加Lp299v可提高奶牛营养物质消化率、泌乳性能、抗氧化和免疫功能,调整肠道细菌群落组成。试验推荐Lp299v添加量为1×10^11 cfu·头^-1·d^-1,研究旨在为Lp299v在反刍动物领域应用提供理论基础。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum 299v(Lp299v)on nutrient digestibility,lactation performance,blood indices and fecal bacterial community of dairy cows,six healthy Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into a control group,a low dose group(addition of Lp299v was 0.5×10^11 cfu·cow^-1·d^-1)and a high dose group(addition of Lp299v was 1×10^11 cfu·cow^-1·d^-1)in a replicated 3×3 Latin square design.The results showed that addition of Lp299v directly significantly increased the CP and NDF intake and apparent digestibility of dairy cows.Addition of Lp299v significantly improved the milk protein,lactose yield and milk protein rate of dairy cows.After adding Lp299v to cows,the plasma concentrations of glucose,GSH-Px,IgA,IgG and sCD4 increased significantly,whereas the concentration of MDA decreased significantly.After adding Lp299v to cows,fecal bacterial Bacteroidetes and Prevotellaceae_UCG-003 significantly increased in relative abundance,whereas the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Prevotella_1 and Romboutsia,decreased significantly.Overall,addition of Lp299v could improve nutrient digestibility,lactation performance,antioxidant and immune functions,and regulate intestinal bacterial community composition of cows.Based on the present experimental results,the recommended dose of lp299v was 1×10^11 cfu·cow^-1·d^-1,the research will provide a theoretical basis for the application of Lp299v in the field of ruminants.
