摘　　要：目的探讨GnRHa联合腹腔镜手术治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者血清生殖激素水平及复发情况的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组采用单纯腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用GnRHa联合腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的血清生殖激素水平及复发情况。结果治疗前,两组的FSH、LH、E2水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FSH、LH、E2水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总复发率为13.89%,明显低于对照组的41.67%(P<0.05)。结论GnRHa联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症患者,有利于改善其血清生殖激素水平,降低其术后复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of GnRHa combined with laparoscopic surgery on serum reproductive hormone levels and recurrence in patients with endometriosis.Methods 72 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery alone,while the observation group was treated with GnRHa combined with laparoscopic surgery.The serum reproductive hormone levels and the recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the FSH,LH and E2 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FSH,LH and E2 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate after treatment of the observation group was 13.89%,significantly lower than 41.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions GnRHa combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis is beneficial to improve the serum reproductive hormone levels and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
