摘  要:当前在校女大学生在人文素质方面存在着人文知识较为欠缺,人生价值观有待提高,道德文明修养有待提高,人格健全有待加强,成就意识有待加强,心理素质有待加强等问题。造成这些问题的原因,从高校人文素质教育方面看,主要是课程开设重专业轻人文,师资队伍人文素质偏弱,校园人文环境欠缺。为了解决女大学生人文素质存在的问题,我们应当采取如下对策:转变教育思想观念,加强人文素质教育;合理设置人文课程,完善人文课程体系;改革创新教学方法,增强人文素质课程吸引力;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师的人文素质水平;创设隐性人文课程,营造良好的人文环境氛围;设计教育实践课程,提高女生社会实践能力;推进女性人文教育,提升女生人文素质水平。At present, female college students are lacking in of humanistic knowledge. Their life values need to be improved, their moral civilization needs to be improved, their personality needs to be strengthened, their sense of achievement needs to be strengthened, and their psychological quality needs to be strengthened. From the aspect of humanistic quality education in colleges and universities, the main reasons for these problems are that the courses are offered with emphasis on specialty and neglect of humanities, the humanistic quality of teachers is weak, and the humanistic environment on campus is lacking. In order to solve the problems existing in female college students’ humanistic quality, we should take the following countermeasures: changing educational ideas and strengthening humanistic quality education;Setting up humane course rationally and perfecting the system of humane course;Reform and innovate teaching methods to enhance the attraction of humanistic quality courses;Strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving the level of humanistic quality of teachers;Creating recessive humanistic courses and creating a good humanistic environment;Design educational practice courses to improve the social practice ability of female students;Promoting women’s humanistic education and improving girls’ humanistic quality level.
