摘  要:针对不稳定顶板巷道支护条件复杂的特点,以寸草塔煤矿22301运输顺槽为研究对象,采用柔膜混凝土墙作为巷旁支护,理论计算巷旁支护荷载为5169kN/m,验算充填体承载力为13500kN/m,满足支护需求;对不稳定顶板进行钻孔窥视观测确定离层区域,采取注马丽散及补强锚索支护,有效控制顶板岩层;通过留巷围岩移近量等观测,测点范围巷道下沉量控制在218mm、两帮移近量控制在66mm以内,实现了沿空留巷的成功应用。Aiming at the complicated support conditions in roadways with unstable roof,by using the transmission gateway #22301 at Cuncaota Coal Mine as subject,where the flexible-membrane concrete wall is applied as roadside support,with theoretical calculation,the load of the roadside support is 5,169 kN/m and the bearing capacity of backfill from checking calculation is 13,500 kN/m,meeting the support requirement;the unstable roof is drilled to peep to observe the areas of separate layers,it is supported by injecting Malisan and with reinforced anchor cable to effectively control the rocks in the roof;by surveying the convergence of the reserved drift,the fall of roadway within the range of test points is controlled within 218 mm and the convergence of two sides is controlled within 66 mm,meaning the gob-side entry retaining is successful.
