摘  要:为了抑制磁保持继电器合闸过程中的触头弹跳,提高继电器使用寿命和可靠性,通过分析继电器合闸过程的触头弹跳过程,建立了磁保持继电器合闸过程数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型。用基于遗传算法优化模糊控制的方法实现了合闸过程的优化,进一步减小了碰撞速度,缩短了闭合时间,使磁保持继电器动态特性更加优化。In order to suppress the contact bounce in the closing process of a magnetic latching relay and improve the service life and reliability of the relay,by analyzing the contact bounce process of the closing process of the relay,the present paper establishes a mathematical model of the closing process of the magnetic latching relay,and builds a simulation model in Matlab/Simulink.The optimization of the fuzzy control based on the genetic algorithm can optimize the closing process,further reduce the collision speed,and shorten the closing time.The dynamic characteristics of the magnetic latching relay are more optimized.
