摘 要:为拓展无酸除鳞BMD技术在冷轧领域的应用,对应用BMD技术实现冷轧向供料进行了大生产验证。选取普冷IF钢(罩式退火)作为典型钢种,对BMD除鳞后的卷料进行冷轧、退火、平整处理,并与常规酸洗除鳞的卷料进行各工序成品性能检测对比。结果显示,两种除鳞工艺的最终普冷成品具有相近的力学性能、表面形貌,并且在用户处的磷化、电泳涂装质量也相似。通过本次大生产验证初步明确,BMD工艺可应用于普冷IF钢产品的表面除鳞,实现冷轧向供料。In order to apply the BMD technology in cold rolling realm,a mass production trial was arranged.The IF steel was first descaled by the BMD descaling technology,and subsequently cold rolled,batche annealed,and levelled.The strip properties after each process was studied and compared to the strip using conventional pickling process.The results showed that the two finished products had similar performance in mechanical property and surface morphology,as well as the coating performance.It is preliminarily know from this mass production trial that BMD process is capable of descaling IF steel and produce raw materials for cold rolling.
