摘 要:探讨了电导率法在线检测碱洗液的碱度,建立了电导率和碱度的工作曲线,其相关系数γ=0.9979(n=7);讨论了碱洗液温度及铁、油等共存离子对电导率法测定精度的影响,通过电导率与温度的相关性对温度进行补偿,当碱洗液铁质量浓度≤1000 mg/L、油质量浓度≤1000 mg/L时,电导率法与滴定法偏差≤2.5 g/L。t检验结果表明:电导率法和滴定法之间无系统性偏差。电导率法具有响应速度快、实时性好等特点,能很好满足碱洗液碱度的在线检测要求。The on-line measurement of alkalinity of alkaline wash solution by conductivity method is discussed.The working curve of conductivity and alkalinity is established.The correlation coefficient is 0.9979(n=7).The influence of the temperature of alkaline wash solution and coexisting ions such as iron and oil on the accuracy of the conductivity method is discussed.The temperature is compensated by the correlation between the conductivity and temperature.When the iron concentration≤1000 mg/L,and the oil concentration≤1000 mg/L,the deviation between conductivity method and titration method is less than 2.5 g/L.The results of t test showed that there was no systematic deviation between conductivity method and titration method.The conductivity method has the characteristics of fast response and good real-time performance,which can meet the requirements of on-line detection of alkalinity of alkaline wash solution.
