摘  要:低温伤害是北方核桃生产中存在的主要问题,评价和筛选抗冻核桃品种对于核桃生产的防冻减灾有重要的指导意义。本研究测定优选的赞核1号、赞核2号、抗冻的辽宁1号和不抗冻的清香4个核桃品种(系),对比1 a生枝条在0℃、-10℃、-20℃和-30℃低温处理下抗寒性指标,明确指标的变化规律和优选品种的抗寒性能。研究发现:赞核1号、赞核2号和辽宁1号随温度降低,SOD和POD活性呈现相似的升-降-升的变化趋势,并与清香变化相反;CAT活性随温度下降而升高,并与清香变化相反;而MDA、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量随温度变化则呈现出同清香相同的变化趋势。赞核1号和赞核2号的各项指标介于辽宁1号和清香之间,变化趋势和数值更接近于抗寒性较强的辽宁1号,表现出良好的抗寒性能。Low temperature injury is the main problem in walnut production in northern China.Evaluation and screening of freeze-resistant walnut varieties have significant benefits for disaster reduction in walnut production.In this study,annual branches of preferred cultivars(Zanhe No.1 and Zanhe No.2),high freeze-resistant species(Liaoning No.1)and low freeze-resistant species(Qingxiang)were tested under different temperatures of 0℃,-10℃,-20℃,and-30℃.The change rules of indexes and freezing resistance properties of the cultivars were clarified.The results show that:with the decrease of temperatures,activities of SOD and POD of 3 different cultivars(Zanhe No.1,Zanhe No.2 and Liaoning No.1)show similar upward-downward-upward trends,which are contrary to the change of Qingxiang.Activities of CAT of Qingxiang are increasing with the decrease of temperature,which are contrary to the change of the rest 3 cultivars;while the contents of MDA,soluble sugar and soluble protein of the three cold-resistance cultivars show the same variation trends with Qingxiang.The majority quantitative values of different indexes of Zanhe No.1 and Zanhe No.2 are between that of Liaoning No.1 and Qingxiang,showing good freeze resistance.
