摘 要:以大叶黄杨为试材,用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、激动素(KT)及二者组合进行处理,研究不同激素及其交互作用对大叶黄杨抗寒性的影响。在抗寒锻炼期间测定其茎和叶的抗寒性,以及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标。结果表明,抗寒锻炼期间,用600 mg/L KT处理的茎和400 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT处理的叶的抗寒性均显著增强;在抗寒锻炼后期,POD、SOD酶活性迅速增强,MDA含量迅速降低,其中600 mg/L KT和200 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT处理明显提高了POD、SOD酶活性,600 mg/L KT和400 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT处理显著降低了MDA含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,单施600 mg/L KT和混施400 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT处理可有效提高大叶黄杨抗寒性。Euonymus japonicus was treated with different concentrations of indole acetic acid(IAA),kinetin(KT)and a combination of both to study the effect of different hormones and their interactions on cold resistance of Euonymus japonicus.The cold resistance and the physiological parameters such as peroxidase(POD)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in stems and leaves were measured during cold hardening.The results showed that the cold resistance of stems treated with 600 mg/L KT and that of leaves treated with 400 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT was enhanced significantly during cold hardening.In the later stage of cold hardening,the POD and SOD activity increased rapidly and MDA content reduced rapidly.The POD and SOD activity increasedsignificantly with the treatment of 600 mg/L KT and 200 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT,and MDA content reduced significantly with the treatment of 600 mg/L KT and 400 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT(P<0.05).In conclusion,the cold resistance of Euonymus japonicus can be improved by single application of 600 mg/L KT and mixed application of 400 mg/L IAA+300 mg/L KT.
