摘  要:为达到北京市环保局及北京市质量技术监督局《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》(DB11/139-2015号)要求,结合北京市节能减排及氮氧化物排放的要求,针对校内锅炉房及供热管线所存在的问题,以2017年下半年国际关系学院老旧小区改造为契机,对校内供热系统进行了升级改造,经过了两个供热季的运行,取得了较好的效果。在此,笔者结合自身的工作实际,通过近两年国际关系学院老旧小区改造的实践经验,从基建管理的角度做一些探讨。In order to meet the requirements of Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau,Beijing Bureau of quality and technology supervision,i.e.government documents DB11/139-2015,the old residential area of the University of International Relations was renovated.This renovation targets on the existing problems of university boiler room and heating pipeline,and executed based on the requirements of Beijing energy conservation emission reduction and nitrogen emission.After two heating seasons,good results were achieved.This paper starts with the practical work experience during the past two years in the renewing of the old community,makes detailed discussion from the perspective of infrastructure management.
