摘　　要：根据某300 MW循环流化床锅炉高温结焦导致锅炉非停现象进行原因排查及重点分析,结合锅炉给煤系统堵塞与煤质化验报告重点突出流化床锅炉落煤管改造的必要性。According to the high temperature coking in one 300 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler(CFB)which initiates the non-plan stop of the boiler and the coal quality test report with the blockage of the coal feeding system of the boiler,the cause investigation and key analysis are carried out and the necessity of the coal chute modification is highlighted.
