摘 要:三通道滚筒干燥机是当今社会技术较为先进的干燥机之一,其拥有高效节能特点且机械设备外形结构复杂能够满足各种荷载作用,因此在社会生产中广泛应用。当前随着节能减排理念的贯彻落实,实现对干燥机的热效率的优化设计有助于提高产品的效率和质量,降低各种能源消耗和材料消耗,从而取得显著的经济效益和理论基础。因此下文通过对三通道滚筒干燥机的工作原理分析,展开对三通道滚筒干燥机的热效率计算分析,通过计算结果,分析需要采取何种措施进行三通道滚筒干燥机的参数设置优化,从根本上提高三通道滚筒干燥机结构的应用的节能减排性。The three-channel drum dryer is one of the most advanced dryers in today’s society.It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving and the complex appearance and structure of mechanical equipment can meet various load effects,so it is widely used in social production.With the implementation of the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,the realization of the optimized design of the thermal efficiency of the dryer will help improve the efficiency and quality of the product,reduce the consumption of various energy and materials,and achieve significant economic benefits and theoretical foundations.Therefore,through the analysis of the working principle of the three-channel drum dryer,the calculation and analysis of the thermal efficiency of the three-channel drum dryer are carried out.The calculation results are used to analyze what measures need to be taken to optimize the parameter settings of the three-channel drum dryer.Improve the energy saving and emission reduction performance of the application of the three-channel drum dryer structure.
