摘　　要：利用水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾是循环经济在区域层面大循环和在企业层面小循环的重要体现,在分析国内水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾技术特点的基础上,通过循环经济的减量化、资源化和无害化原则,构建了水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾循环经济模型。以水泥窑+气化焚烧炉协同处置生活垃圾项目为例,按照物质流、能量流、废物流及循环经济节点阐述水泥厂的循环经济框架,并分析了实施循环经济带来的资源环境效益和社会效益。为同类企业开展清洁生产与循环经济提供一定的参考依据。Cooperative disposal of domestic waste by cement kiln is an important embodiment of circular economy at the large circulation of the regional level and the small circulation of the enterprise level.Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of co-processing domestic waste by cement kiln,and through the principle of reduction,resource and harmlessness of circular economy,this paper established circular economy model of co-processing domestic waste by cement kiln.Take the project of co-processing domestic waste by cement kiln and gasification incinerator as an example,and according to material flow,energy flow,waste flow and circular economy node,it elaborated the framework of circular economy in cement enterprise,and analyzed the resource environment and social benefits brought by the implementation of circular economy.The study provides some reference for similar enterprises to develop clean production and circular economy.
