摘　　要：肢体缺血再灌注的发生可以影响急性机械性创伤患者进行血管外科手术的预后,因此一直是临床上的研究热点,特别是针对病理改变机制的研究。本文此次将目前对于急性下肢缺血再灌注损伤的机制总结并综述如下。The occurrence of limb ischemia-reperfusion can affect the prognosis of vascular surgery in patients with acute mechanical trauma,so it has been a hot spot in clinical research,especially for the mechanism of pathological changes.In this paper,the mechanism of acute lower limb ischemia-reperfusion injury is summarized as follows.
