摘　　要：在锦纶6纤维生产中,纺丝工艺中侧吹风的风速和风温都需要严格控制,风速和风温会间接影响纺丝的质量,因此需要实时监控和调整风速和风温,现有技术中的纺丝侧吹风风箱很难做到随时监控和调节。文章重点讨论纺丝侧吹风空调工艺参数的设定及其对产品条干不匀率的影响,纺丝侧吹风空箱系统及其自动控制方式。In the production of Nylon 6 fiber,the air speed and temperature of cross air blow in the spinning process need to be strictly controlled.The air speed and temperature will indirectly affect the spinning quality.Hence,it is necessary to monitor and adjust the air speed and temperature in real time.It is difficult to monitor and adjust the cross air blow bellows in the existing technology at any time.This paper mainly discusses the setting of the technological parameters of the spinning cross air blow air conditioner and its influence on the unevenness of the product,as well as the spinning cross air blow empty container system and its automatic control mode.
