摘　　要：针对一种传统无醛性能优异的棉用固色剂含有有机溶剂的问题,结合环保和清洁生产的要求,改进了生产工艺,成功制备出一种低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)、无溶剂的无醛固色剂。该固色剂对活性染料染色棉织物的色光和耐日晒色牢度影响较小,却能大大提升织物的耐水洗色牢度和耐碱汗色牢度,无论1%或2%的用量,均能达到4级或5级,与用溶剂制备得到的无醛固色剂性能相当。It is well known that the organic solvents normally exist in the formaldehyde-free high efficiency fixing agents for reactive dyes.A solvent-free synthesis process was developed to produce such low volatile organic compounds(VOC)and formaldehyde-free fixing agent in accordance with the increasing environmental protection and clean production requirement.This fixing agent cause minor changes to the shade and light fastness of the dyed cotton fabrics,but it can greatly improve the color fastness to water and alkali perspiration.Nomatter 1%or 2%dosage,it can reach grade 4 or 5.Overall,this low VOC fixing agent can deliver the similar dye fixing performances to the traditional solvent-containing fixing agents.
