摘 要:我国在经济发展的同时越来越注重环境资源的保护。棉秸秆曾经只能进行燃烧和掩埋,并没有其他的作用。随着科技的进步,科学家从棉杆皮中提取了纤维素纤维,极大地弥补了纺织原料的短缺。棉秸秆皮的上染性比棉更高,更加环保,减少了污染。研究学者们正在不断尝试从棉秸秆皮中提取纤维,但提取的纤维仍然较粗,目前还无法完全应用在纺织领域。文章讨论了利用混纺纱工艺将长绒棉与棉秸秆皮纤维按照一定比例进行混纺的工艺设计,重点介绍了相关设备以及工艺措施。China pays more and more attention to the protection of environmental resources while developing economy.At one time,cotton straw could only be burned and buried,and had no other function.With the development of science and technology,scientists extracted cellulose fiber from cotton stalk skin,which greatly made up for the shortage of textile materials.The dye uptake of cotton straw skin is higher than that of cotton,it is more light,environmental protection and pollution reduction.Researchers are constantly trying to extract fiber from cotton straw skin,but the extracted fiber is still relatively coarse and can not be fully used in the textile field.This paper discusses the process design of blending long staple cotton and cotton straw skin fiber according to a certain proportion by using blended yarn technology,and mainly introduces the relevant equipment and process measures.
