细旦异形涤纶冰凉纤维的生产工艺研究

摘　　要：异形涤纶纤维较其他纤维有较多的性能优势,适用于生产纺织品和针织品,包括生产细夏被、仿薄丝等。异形纤维是在纺丝成形加工中,运用非圆形孔眼喷丝制取的具有不同截面形状的纤维。文章就异形涤纶冰凉纤维特性展开分析,并具体探讨细旦异形涤纶冰凉纤维生产工艺。The special-shaped polyester fiber has more performance advantages than other fibers,which is suitable for the production of textiles and knitted goods,including the production of fine summer quilt,imitation thin silk and so on.Special-shaped fibers are fibers with different cross-section shape made by non-circular hole spinneret in spinning process.This paper analyzes the characteristics of fine denier shaped polyester cold fiber,and discusses the production technology of fineshaped PET ice-cold fiber.
