摘 要:在普通的混合式步进电动机定转子槽中插入磁条,构成了超强型混合式步进电机,插入磁条产生的聚磁效果,明显提高了超强型混合式步进电动机的静转矩,本文用Maxwell 3D进行了建模仿真,研究了磁条在槽中的不同位置及永磁体剩磁参数对静转矩的影响,为超强型混合式步进电机的优化提供了参考。制作了样机并进行测试,测试结果验证了仿真模型的正确性。The magnetic stripe was inserted into the stator and rotor slots of the common hybrid stepping motor to form a super hybrid stepping motor.The magnetic gathering effect produced by inserting the magnetic stripe could obviously improve the static torque of the super hybrid stepping motor.In this paper,Maxwell 3D was used for modeling and simulation,and the effects of different positions of the magnetic strip in the slot and the residual magnetization parameters of the permanent magnet on the static torque were studied,which provided a reference for the optimization of the super hybrid stepper motor.A prototype was made and tested,and the test results verified the correctness of the simulation model.
