摘 要:开关磁阻电机具有较大的噪声和振动,噪声和振动的主要原因之一就是转矩脉动。与常规转速的开关磁阻电机相比,高速开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动问题更为严重。为有效抑制高速开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,设计了一种新的转子齿形,把转子带极靴和转子齿两侧开槽结合在一起。并且对极靴形状和开槽位置大小进行参数优化,得到了最优解。在保证平均输出转矩基本不变的前提条件下,极大的减小了转矩脉动,转矩脉动系数从2.47下降到1.45。通过比较改良前后电机特性,验证了此方法的合理性与正确性,为高速开关磁阻电机后续的优化研究奠定了基础。Switched reluctance motor has large undesirable noise and vibration,one of the main reasons of noise and vibration is torque ripple.Compared with the conventional speed switched reluctance motor,the torque ripple of high speed switched reluctance motor is more serious.In order to reduce the torque ripple of high speed switched reluctance effectively,a new rotor tooth shape which combined the rotor pole shoes with the slots on both sides of rotor tooth was designed.The optimal solution was obtained by optimizing the shape of the pole shoe and the position of the slot.Under the premise of keeping the average output torque basically unchanged,the torque ripple was greatly reduced and torque ripple coefficient decreased from 2.47 to 1.45.By comparing the motor characteristics before and after the improvement,the rationality and correctness of this method were verified,which laid a foundation for the subsequent optimization research of high speed switched reluctance motor.
